CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is an important software which FMs typically fully own, even if they do not fully understand how they work or why they are needed. Currently around 50 percent of F.M.’s do not use a maintenance management system and the speakers will go through the following:

· Change management
Griffin Hamilton is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Office for FlowPath. Prior to launching FlowPath, Griffin owned and operated GreaseBandit, servicing over 400 restaurants in the Greater Atlanta Area. As a service provider, Griffin worked extensively with facilities and operations professionals in hospitality.
Alex Cummings is the Co-Founder and CEO for FlowPath. Alex served as a Marine Officer for 6 years before obtaining his MBA from London Business School. Prior to launching FlowPath, Alex ran Operations for Lyft in Atlanta.
